The HIWIN adapters for axis systems are bendable; flexible for combining two or more axes. This makes it quick and easy to design individual linear axis and precision systems. Forces and torques are safely transmitted by means of force and form closure. Centring sleeves ensure an exact and reproducible connection.

Our drive adaptation enables the easy mounting of all common drives. It consists of adapter flanges for motor and gearbox as well as the matching coupling.

Clamping profiles and sliding blocks make it easy to attach our linear axes and linear axis systems to your adjacent construction. Centring sleeves ensure precise and reproducible fixing of the payload to the slide.

Our motor and encoder cables as well as the matching accessories for a safe energy supply are perfectly tuned to our linear axes.

Inductive proximity switches – available in either a normally closed or a normally open version – are provided with plugs as standard or can be ordered with an open cable end. The damping element is used to switch the limit switch in the two carriage end positions. It can be mounted on the left or right of the carriage.

Robot ranges are increased with the use of our linear axes as a 7th Axis. Installation is very simple using the appropriate adapters for robots.
